We want you to be happy & satisfaction is guaranteed. If the garment(s) purchased from us is defective or damaged we will happily replace your order within 30 days. If prints or decorations are produced differently from your approved proof, we will happily correct the mistake and replace your order within 30 days.
We cannot, however, replace or refund orders that are approved incorrectly. We cannot replace or refund orders produced using customer-provided artwork that contains misssspellllings or other errors. We cannot replace or refund orders because garment sizing is not ideal. Sizing charts and measurements are available for each garment style and size. We cannot replace or refund orders over minor print color discrepancies, as displaying color with 100% accuracy across a variety of displays and environments is not possible. Generally, our policy is to be reasonable, fair, and kind when assessing returns.

We use several production methods to decorate apparel. Jobs under 12 pieces are generally decorated using some of the latest digital printing technology. Orders over 12 pieces are generally decorated using traditional automatic screen printing with plastisol inks. Embroidery and laser engraving are both available for any quantity range.
